Dexter Lacrosse Association announces a weekend with former Dexter LAX Head Coach, Brian Callanan.  Coach Callanan will be onsite to conduct a coaches, player and parent clinic.

Friday,  October 14: Coaches Clinic 6-8pm – open to all parents and players (current/former) interested in coaching Dexter Lacrosse (to be held at the Dexter Wellness Center Conference Room ).  Pizza and refreshments served. 

• Coach Sorkin will discuss philosophy and direction of program which will better integrate the youth and high school programs and coaching

• Coach Callanan will discuss the importance of youth-HS integration, how to maintain and foster development

Saturday, October 15: Players Clinic:

            10:00 am – 12 pm: position specific drills and technique

            12pm – 12:30 pm: Lunch (bring sack lunch and water)

            12.30 pm – 3:00 pm: position specific drills and technique

            3:30 pm – 4:30 pm: Alumni Game

            5:00 pm – BBQ, followed by parent meeting and player/alumni introductions

Sunday, October 16: Player Clinic

            10:00 am – 12:00 pm: work on sets, plays, etc.

6:30 pm: Game at Saline

***All players must be fully equipped with helmet, gloves, pads, mouth guard and athletic cup
